We spent an enjoyable Easter break in a comfortable apartment with easy access to major attractions within walking distance. We could wash our clothes at the facility’s laundry service and we enjoyed relaxing on a cozy bed after a long day. we had a pleasant surprise with free parking nearby the apartment, which made it so much easier for us.
While we had a great time, it wasn't all smooth sailing. We struggled a bit with the language barrier and had some difficulties interpreting the information provided.

This hotel is located in the very center of the city, making it extremely convenient to visit all the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel provides parking and is close to public transportation.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We stayed at a centrally located apartment in Caltagirone that was walking distance to all the major sights. the owner was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean. We even had access to a washing machine, which was a bonus. the room was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was convenient.
The communication with the owner was a bit challenging as they did not speak English.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's within walking distance to all the major sights, which is really convenient. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and had a lovely ensuite bathroom.
the check-in process was quite frustrating as we had to wait for a long time before someone came to let us in.
